Corporate visits are one of the main employer engagement activities of DKU Career Services. The purpose is to lead DKU students to explore companies further, understand the production and operation mode of the companies, the latest industry insights, leading scientific technology, and recruitment requirements. Students have the opportunity to communicate closely with the recruitment team and to directly submit resumes. At the same time, employer partners can promote their employer brands.
DKU Career Services organizes employer information sessions annually to promote communication and information exchange between students and companies, helping DKU students to better understand information such as company size, corporate culture, production and operations, recruitment positions, and requirements.
To deepen the collaboration between the university and the companies, Career Services has established off-campus internship & practice sites with leading companies in various industries. As of now, we have signed internship site agreements with 80+ companies, including big names such as ByteDance, KPMG, KONE, Jardine Matheso, Bosch, Lenovo, and NIO.
Career Services coordinates and organizes business competition projects in collaboration with multiple leading companies across various industries. The primary aim is to cultivate students’ abilities to effectively apply their business acumen, communication skills, and leadership qualities, as well as to develop their professional skills. So far, Career Services has conducted multiple business competition events in partnership with outstanding companies such as L’Oréal, HSBC, and Voith.
