1 on 1 Coaching

DKU Career Services is committed to providing comprehensive and customized one-on-one career counseling services to all current students and alumni, covering a wide range of topics such as resume revision in English and Chinese, mock interviews, graduate school applications, cover letter writing, career exploration and planning, personal branding, and student worker applications.

Our career coaches have experience in finance, internet, FMCG, education, manufacturing, and other industries, and will provide advice based on each student’s actual needs to help them better build their career paths. Students can make an appointment on their own according to each mentor’s career experience and their own needs. Usually, each coaching session lasts for 30 minutes, and students can choose online or offline consultation.

Walk-In Sessions

In addition to coaching appointments, DKU Career Services offers open coaching services on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM to help students who can’t make an appointment or have urgent needs. Students can come to the office to ask questions, and a career coach will be waiting for you at the information desk in front of the office (you may have to wait for a seat during peak times). Online Resume Revision

If you have a need for resume revision, in addition to one-on-one coaching or walk-in sessions, you can also choose the online resume revision service directly. Career coaches will provide targeted revision advice based on the scenarios and needs of students’ resumes, and return the revision advice via email within 3 working days (this service is also only available to all DKU students and alumni).
